Congress
The EAHM Congress is held every two years in a European country
and is a platform for exchange of views on professional matters between hospital managers. It also offers the opportunity to network.

Organizer
The Swiss Association of Hospital Managers (SVS) will be
organising this event on behalf of the European Association
of Hospital Managers (EAHM).

The 23rd EAHM Congress will be held on 9 and 10 September 2010
at the Kongresshaus in Zurich.

Subject
Roadmap to Top Quality. The subject will be examined in an interdisciplinary manner. Potential foci: accreditation, certification,
quality measurements, patient safety, communication, quality
and cost-effectiveness.

Certification
The European Association of Hospital Managers will be accrediting the 23rd EAHM Congress. Participants will receive their certificates together with their other documents.

Food and drink
Catering stands will be situated in the conference area during
the coffee and midday breaks. Food and drink is included in the price
of the Congress.

Zurich
Downtown Switzerland is a little world-city with lots of charm.
The city’s highlights include: Grossmünster cathedral, Fraumünster church, the Kunsthaus museum, concert hall, the opera and theatre as well as shopping opportunities on Bahnhofstrasse.

The Kongresshaus has all the latest multimedia facilities as well as Wi-Fi access – and is located directly by the lakeside promenade.
